Introduction

Caitlin became a clinician because she believes there is something powerful about being trusted with another person’s story and having the opportunity to witness meaningful change. She is motivated by reducing suffering through evidence-based treatment while recognizing that the therapeutic relationship itself can be an important part of healing. Caitlin works primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, neurodivergence, and relationship concerns. She is particularly interested in helping clients move beyond simply surviving difficult experiences and toward post-traumatic growth—building greater understanding, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Her approach is attentive, relational, and collaborative. Caitlin integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR within humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed frameworks. She approaches clients from a strengths-based perspective, believing that people are capable of learning, adapting, and creating meaningful change. Cultural humility and inclusivity are also central to her work, allowing therapy to reflect each client’s individual experiences, values, and perspective.
