I'm Caitlin Parker — a trauma specialist and EMDR therapist with 17 years of clinical experience. I work with a small, selective caseload of high-functioning adults: professionals, first responders, and women who are navigating the gap between keeping it together and actually being okay. My approach is relational and attachment-informed, grounded in nervous system science, and built around EMDR as a primary treatment modality.
