I'm Caitlin Parker — a trauma specialist and EMDR therapist with 17 years of clinical experience. I work with a selective caseload of high-functioning adults: professionals, first responders, and women navigating the gap between keeping it together and actually being okay. My work is relational and attachment-informed — because how you learned to survive shapes everything. EMDR is my primary modality, grounded in nervous system science and chosen because it works.
