Hi, I’m Caitlin. I believe that our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, understand these patterns with curiosity, and begin making intentional changes. I work collaboratively with clients to explore what has shaped them, recognize the strengths they already carry, reconnect with their inherent worthiness, and develop new ways of navigating life’s challenges. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, and the impact of difficult past experiences. Many of the patterns we develop are rooted in experiences that once helped us cope, protect ourselves, or navigate difficult situations. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand these patterns, approach them with curiosity, and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are today. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR to help clients better understand themselves, process painful experiences, and create meaningful change. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I would be honored to support you in that process. I invite you to reach out so we can see if we might be a good fit to work together
