Managing and healing aren't the same thing—and most people who find their way to my office have figured that out too. They're looking for a place where they don't need perfect words, where being messy, uncertain, or raw is met with steadiness. I'm a counselor who works with individuals and families across the lifespan, from children through elders, addressing OCD, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, addiction, bipolar disorder, and personality concerns. I don't sit back and nod; I ask direct questions and explore how your attachment history, nervous system, and environment shape your healing. My approach blends humanistic care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based work—always grounded in your whole story, not a cookie-cutter plan. You don't need to have it all together to start. You just need to want something different and not want to figure it out alone. I'm accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, with availability through Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna Healthcare.
