Caitlin is an Associate Licensed Counselor and is supervised by Sarah Daily, LPC-S. She is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Caitlin offers a Supportive & Child-Friendly Environment: Caitlin creates a warm, encouraging space where clients of all ages feel safe expressing their emotions and experiences. For children, she integrates play and creativity to help them communicate feelings that may be difficult to put into words. Play-Based & Developmentally Appropriate Approach: Caitlin incorporates play therapy techniques that allow children and adolescents to explore emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence in ways that feel natural and engaging. Strengthening Parent–Child Connection: Caitlin is trained in Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), which focuses on strengthening the bond between children and caregivers. She partners with parents to help them better understand their child’s emotional needs and build stronger connection and communication at home. Caitlin works with children (4+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and family or relationship challenges.
