Hello there, I am Caity. I have worked in the helping field for over 9 years with a variety of demographics, cultures, and age groups. Through my experience, I have been exposed to a multitude of environments, lifestyles, and beliefs. These experiences, have taught me that the best practice is to meet you where you are. Through our sessions together we will learn about what you want to change, improve, or enhance to find a happier healthier lifestyle. My hope is as you make this first, second, or third step into the therapy process I can help guide and support you through your journey. I empower everyone to address the areas in their life that are causing them stress. Areas such as Domestic Violence, relationships, parenting, family dynamics, employment, and much more.
