I work with older teens, adults, and couples who are struggling with eating disorders, substance use, OCD, mood disorders, relationship concerns, or deeply rooted feelings of shame and self-doubt. I have a special interest in working with men and creating a space where they can speak honestly about their mental health without judgment or stigma. I also help clients recognize coping patterns that may have helped them survive but are now pulling them away from the lives and relationships they want. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I want you to feel safe showing up exactly as you are—even with the thoughts, feelings, or behaviors you are afraid others may not understand. Together, we will build self-compassion, clarify what matters most to you, and develop healthier ways of coping that help you trust yourself and live more fully in alignment with your values. I also offer couples counseling and optional faith-integrated counseling for clients who would like to incorporate their Christian beliefs into therapy.
