Introduction

Caitlyn Rhorer (They/She) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and AASECT certified sex therapist with extensive experience working in a wide variety of social work and clinical settings. They specialize in providing therapeutic support to adults (18+) with a focus on complex trauma, c-PTSD, anxiety, OCD, sexual issues, non-traditional relationship dynamics, genital cutting trauma / circumcision grief, parenthood transitions, and LGBTQ+ related challenges. Caitlyn is a current adjunct instructor of social work at Indiana University and is a social work doctoral student at the University of Kentucky. They have completed specialized sex therapy training through the Sexual Health Alliance and skillfully integrate trauma healing modalities such as EMDR and Brainspotting into their therapeutic approach.
