Caitlyn is an intern therapist who works with individuals of all ages struggling with emotional, mental health, or life stressors. She is currently finishing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Caitlyn will work with you to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while providing practical tools to support you along the way. When appropriate, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as her primary therapeutic approach, with additional strategies as needed. Caitlyn gets to know each client thoroughly and strives to put their needs and experiences first. Her goal is to offer a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering so you can be yourself and speak freely.
