Introduction

You may be someone who is wondering if therapy really will help make the difference in your life that you want. Maybe you’re struggling with the relationships in your life, trying to manage how crazy and hopeless things can seem, losing confidence in yourself, or you’re still feeling weighed down by your past. In all our experiences and hardships, there is powerful wisdom and strength that can help keep us moving forward. In our work together, I will work with you to create a safe space for understanding and change as we draw upon your unique wisdom and strengths to build the life you want. I look forward to getting to know you! I specialize in working with individuals experiencing or who have experienced various traumas, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and low motivation. I primarily draw upon person-centered techniques, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to help build change. I am happy to get creative to find your ideal sense of teamwork and the nature of therapy sessions. Therapy with me is about working together in a safe space, exploring who you are, finding the change you want, and planning to become the best version of yourself. You deserve to be kind to yourself. I am so proud that you are taking this massive step.
