Introduction

Hello, I’m Caleb Ighalo, PMHNP-BC I started this practice with one goal in mind : let’s change your perspective. It’s always easier said than done, right? But I’ll often ask: why do I want to believe in that monster underneath the bed so bad? Anxiety, depression, trauma — they convince us the monster is real. My job is to sit with you in that room, help you look under the bed together, and figure out what’s actually there. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, so I can offer both therapy and medication support. Not one or the other, but what you actually need. I work with adults and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, etc. No 10-minute med checks. No judgment. Just real conversations about what’s keeping you stuck, and a plan we build together — whether that’s therapy, meds, or both. Telehealth makes it simple to start from wherever you feel safest. You don’t have to keep believing in the monster alone. Let's change that perspective together, I’m here.
