I work from the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a depth-oriented approach that helps people understand and resolve the roots of what keeps them stuck. I believe that beneath the patterns and symptoms that bring you to therapy lies a core self—a natural capacity for connection, aliveness, and well-being that has never been lost. Many of our struggles today began as creative survival strategies in response to early experiences. These once protected us, but over time they shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and what we allow ourselves to feel. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I work with the whole person—your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships—to help you understand these patterns with greater compassion and freedom. I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and trauma to relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the long-term effects of difficult early experiences. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
