I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My journey into counseling began with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges while building stronger, healthier relationships. As a Marriage and Family Therapy clinician, I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and move toward lasting growth. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship conflict, grief and loss, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method principles, and other evidence-based practices to help clients strengthen emotional connections, improve communication, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Whether you are struggling in a relationship, adjusting to a significant life change, processing grief, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, build resilience, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
