Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we may explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns contributing to what you are experiencing while also developing practical strategies you can use outside of the therapy room. My hope is that therapy helps you not only feel better in the moment, but also develop greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and the ability to navigate future challenges in a healthier way. I work with teens through adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, body image concerns, self-esteem, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted just as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life, and we'll work together to find what best supports your goals.
