Introduction

My passion for therapy began as a client. I experienced first-hand the power of therapy in both individual and couples therapy. It changed my life in ways I never expected. I feel compelled to help others in this very same way. I combine my natural love of people and their unique qualities with my ability to hold out hope for improvement of their worries, fears, and hurts. I feel privileged to be able to support individuals, couples, and adult family members in a journey with which I am very familiar -- towards a life and/or relationship that feels joyful and authentic! My approach to therapy is integrative, humanistic, trauma-informed, and sex-positive. I am trained in EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting for trauma and am currently working on my sex therapy certification. I emphasize connection and integration of mind, body, and spirit in my work. I am committed to supporting diverse individuals and creating a safe space for all races, ethnicities, and sexualities. As my client, you can expect to be warmly welcomed into a safe and compassionate space to explore any and every part of you and your relationships! Please note that currently my reduced rate/sliding scale spots are full. I offer a free, 15 minute virtual consultation for all potential clients. Please schedule your consultation directly from the website or if you don't see any appointment times, please reach out to schedule.
