Introduction

Hello, I'm Cameron Bailes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, self-understanding, and hope. My passion for therapy began through my work supporting individuals facing significant life stressors, trauma, grief, chronic health concerns, and mental health challenges. Over time, I found that creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered is one of the most meaningful ways to support lasting change. I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and difficulties related to major life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping individuals who are carrying the effects of childhood experiences, relationship difficulties, occupational stress, or chronic health conditions. My approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, meaning I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support and environment. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and develop a life that aligns with your values and goals. Seeking therapy takes courage, and I strive to create a welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges openly. Whether you're working through past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating relationship concerns, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to helping you move toward greater healing, resilience, and fulfillment. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
