Introduction

I’m glad you’re here. It can feel exhausting to reach out for therapy, especially when you’re already burned out or overwhelmed. Chances are you carry more than you let on and you deserve to take a beat. As the founder of Half-Light Counseling, building trusting spaces where therapy is truly centered around you, has always been a priority. You are the expert in your own experience, so we take things on your terms, at your pace, with some gentle guidance along the way. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I’m not a traditionally neutral therapist, and my goal is to show up as authentically as I invite you to. I work especially well supporting parents, adults feeling stuck in relationship patterns, and individuals navigating grief and life transitions. Whether you’re moving through loss, managing burnout, aiming to improve communication, or learning to set and maintain boundaries, you deserve a place to process what’s weighing on you. Therapy is a partnership, and finding the right fit matters. Even being in therapy can sometimes feel easier than getting to therapy. So getting here is no small feat. My hope in working together is that I can help make that lift feel a little lighter. If it sounds like a fit, I look forward to connecting. Wishing you well in the meantime.
