Introduction

Radical Resonance is a multi-faceted practice rooted in collective liberation, de-colonial praxis, and the belief that healing is both personal and political. My work is grounded in deep respect for all identities, experiences, and ways of knowing—particularly those shaped by systemic marginalization, resistance, and resilience. My therapy and supervision practice is grounded in relational, affirming, and liberation-oriented care. In the therapy room, I work primarily with queer and trans individuals and those navigating identity, transition, and healing from systemic and interpersonal harm. I am also passionate about supporting medical providers, neurodivergent folks, and those that have experienced chronic and/or complex trauma. Drawing from Relational-Cultural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and components of Dilectical Behavioral Theapy, I support clients in deepening self-understanding, building meaningful connections, and moving toward lives aligned with their values. My work is rooted in harm reduction, Health at Every Size, and a commitment to collective liberation and decolonial practice. My supervision style is informed by the Discrimination Model of Supervision through a developmental lens where my role flexes as teacher, mentor, cheer-leader, consultant, and counselor to meet the unique needs of supervisees at any stage of their education or career. My supervision is also influenced by primary clinical modalities/approaches which includes: Decolonial Psychology, Relational Cultural Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative approaches, and harm-reduction. I offer both individual and group supervision to professional counselor associates and marriage and family therapy associates in Oregon. Whether we are working together in a supervisory or therapeutic relationship, I will approach our work as relational, reflective, and power-aware. Rather than replicating hierarchical or extractive models, I prioritize power-sharing, transparency, and mutual accountability. I believe ethical practice requires ongoing self-reflection: examining how power, privilege, culture, and positionality show up in our clinical work, leadership, and organizations. *NOTE: I am in the process of paneling with PacificSource Commercial & OHP, Moda, and IHN. Clients with these insurance carriers can opt for private pay until my contracts are finalized.
