Life can be frightening and cause uncertainty at times, and it is natural to feel lonely, anxious, and fearful. With an empathetic and nonjudgmental approach, I strive to create a safe and comforting space for every unique individual to grow and heal. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Relational Therapy. I have experience using these skills with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families who struggle with low self-esteem, shame, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-identity, and conflicts within relationships. Together we will begin your path of self exploration and healing with a goal to build self-love, acceptance, and confidence in order to live a more intentional, fulfilling life.
