Introduction

You deserve a therapy experience that is as unique as you are. That’s why my style is collaborative, affirming, and eclectic, I don’t believe in forcing you into a “one size fits all” box. Instead, we work together to find the tools that actually resonate with your life. If you’ve ever felt like your voice was lost in the “system,” you’ll find a different experience here. Rooted in Feminist Theory, my approach acknowledges how the world around you impacts your mental health. We will use evidence-based strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and DBT skills to help you manage the things you can’t control, while empowering you to change the things you can. If you’re feeling nervous about starting, that’s okay. In our first session, you are in charge. We can use art, games, or just talk whatever makes you feel safe. My philosophy is that healing is like a phoenix: you don’t just go back to who you were before things got hard. Instead, you rise and evolve into someone new, and I would be honored to be in your corner as you do.
