Introduction
I take an individualized, trauma-informed, and intentional approach to therapy. I've been a practicing therapist for over 7 years, and in that time I've specialized in working with PTSD (including complex trauma), addiction, and grief/loss. In addition to other trauma treatments, I am advanced trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which I describe as a “refined EMDR,” and I have witnessed it transform many people's lives. Your well-being matters, and you don't have to navigate the challenges in life alone. Healing is possible—more than you might even imagine. In my free time, I enjoy anything creative and mindful! I love music, art, cats, nature, adventure, reading a good book, and spending quality time with my friends/family.
