Introduction

I work with individuals who find themselves in the in between, the in between of moving, relationship beginnings or endings, job changes, grief & loss, implementing new habits, and many other small or big life transitions. Accepting new realities while honoring the past is no small feat. Together, we can navigate the turbulence that inevitably comes with change. Although I work with individuals, the interplay and impact of structures, identities, and context is always part of the conversation. My work is rooted in mindfulness and incorporates multiple different approaches based on each individual's goals. Therapy with me can include cognitive, body based, skills building and expressive arts interventions. I have experience working with individuals on anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, neurodiversity challenges, and grief. I am known as a kind, honest, creative and flexible therapist. I love to help individuals free themselves from others’ definitions of success and align themselves more fully with their desires. I am only able to offer Telehealth sessions at this time. Reach out to see if we are a good fit and I look forward to connecting with you!
