Hi, I’m Camilla and thanks for being here. I support people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or worn down from holding so much for so long. In our work together, we gently explore patterns, make sense of your experiences, and create space for things to feel lighter and more manageable — always at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re looking for a supportive and thoughtful place to begin, I’d love to connect. I work with women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand — even after trying to “push through” or hold it all together for others. Many of the women I support struggle with anxiety, unresolved trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or a deep sense of disconnection from themselves. In therapy, we take a gentle and thoughtful approach to understanding how past experiences may still be affecting your emotions, body, and relationships today. Rather than rushing to fix or change you, we focus on creating safety, clarity, and self-compassion. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and work through experiences that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to put into words. I use a combination of talk therapy and body-based approaches to help things feel more manageable over time. This means we may spend time reflecting, making sense of your story, and also gently working with the nervous system to help release stress, emotional pain, or trauma that feels “stuck.” Everything we do moves at your pace, and you are always in control of the process. I also support women navigating grief, whether from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life transition, or a version of themselves they once knew. Grief looks different for everyone, and there is no timeline for healing. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move through life with greater ease and self-trust. If you’re a woman looking for a warm, supportive space to heal and better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
