Hello good to meet you. To introduce myself I am a therapist who believes healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the communities we belong to. For more than twenty years, I’ve supported children, families, and individuals navigating trauma, instability, and systemic barriers. My work began through CASA programs, where I advocated for children in high‑risk environments and supported caregivers working to rebuild safety, stability, and connection. My path eventually led me into Marriage and Family Therapy, where I found the work that aligns most deeply with my values and purpose. Over the past decade, I’ve served Global Majority families, Indigenous communities, LGBTQ+ youth, and individuals impacted by poverty, homelessness, addiction, and generational trauma. My experience includes community mental health, foster care reunification, Child‑Parent Psychotherapy, and therapeutic support for clients involved in drug court and homeless outreach programs. I’m known for bringing a steady, grounded presence into chaotic systems and for offering therapy that is warm, structured, and deeply attuned. I work with dignity, cultural humility, and a parts‑aware lens that helps clients understand their internal world without shame or overwhelm. Whether I’m supporting a parent rebuilding trust, a child navigating trauma, or an adult trying to make sense of long‑standing patterns, my focus is always on helping people reclaim their internal leadership and move toward a life that feels more aligned and empowered. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity, relationships, or major life transitions, I’m here to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel understood, supported, and grounded in your own capacity to heal.
