Introduction

I'm passionate about equipping people with concrete, practical skills they can use every day to navigate life's challenges and move toward their goals. As a counselor, I work with individuals across the lifespan - from children and teenagers through adults and elders, as well as families and groups. I'm intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and draw on a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humanistic techniques, and motivational interviewing to meet you where you are. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, relationship difficulties, grief, or any number of other concerns, I'm here to help you build skills and resilience. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Let's work together to create meaningful change in your life.
