Introduction

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and having a compassionate companion along the path of self-discovery can make meaningful change feel more possible. I am honored to work with individuals who take courageous steps to explore the roots of their struggles, heal from pain, and move toward personal growth. While therapy can involve hard work, the insight and resilience gained through the process can lead to a more fulfilling and connected life. My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. Healing happens not only through insight, but also through awareness of how experiences are held in the body. I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of Brainspotting, a powerful, brain-based modality that helps clients access and process experiences at a deeper, somatic level. In addition, I draw from evidence-based and experiential practices including DBT, CBT, mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, sand tray, creative expression, and play therapy. This integrative approach allows each client to engage in therapy in ways that feel safe, natural, and aligned with their needs. I specialize in working with individuals who experience ADHD, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, trauma, and those navigating the complexities of adolescence. By fostering a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment, I strive to help clients build self-understanding, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward their personal goals with greater confidence and well-being. I am an ADHD certified clinical services provider and have extensive training in trauma-informed therapy and polyvagal theory. Note: Insurance not accepted; private pay only. FSA/HSA payments accepted; can provide Superbill for out-of-network claims.
