Hi, I'm Camilyn Larsen, though most people call me "Cami." I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. My work is grounded in humanistic and existential principles, creating a collaborative space where we can explore the experiences, relationships, and values that shape who you are. I believe our behaviors make sense when we understand the story behind them, and together we'll work to increase self-awareness, build resilience, and create lasting change. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in healthcare leadership, giving me firsthand insight into the demands of balancing professional success with personal well-being. I have a special passion for working with high-achieving adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also enjoy supporting men who are seeking a space where they can be authentic, process life's difficulties, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, my goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences and move toward the life you want. I also enjoy working with adolescents and couples, helping clients strengthen communication, deepen connections, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
