As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, and issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community. I work from a multicultural perspective while utilizing techniques from solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy models. My goal is to provide a welcoming and safe environment where clients can address their challenges, enhance their strengths and feel empowered to make positive changes. Using reflective listening and empathy, I enjoy collaborating with my clients to heal from past hurt, manage school or career stressors, work through relationship conflicts, and establish meaningful connections with others.
