My brain is pretty neurospicy, so I’ve never been a one-size-fits-all kind of therapist. I blend evidence-based tools with curiosity, care, and deep respect for the ways your brain and body have learned to survive. My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and IFS-informed parts work, all through a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and fat-liberation lens. I work best with adults who have felt misunderstood or “too much,” helping them reconnect with authenticity, self-trust, and freedom from perfectionism. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me barefoot with tea and my cat, rearranging my space like it’s therapy for the soul. You do not have to be fixed here; only met, seen, and supported while you remember who you were before you had to make yourself smaller.
