Introduction

Candace McLuskey is a licensed professional counselor candidate with a master's in clinical mental health (Hon) from Regis University. She operates as owner and clinician at Still Waters Counseling of Evergreen in Colorado. Candace works with individuals (16+) who are experiencing symptoms of depression, grief, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar, and other personal, work, or school-related challenges. Through a holistic, trauma-informed, and attachment-oriented lens, she tailors her approach to each client’s needs with compassion in a judgment-free environment. The tools Candace may use draw on science-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and/or Sand Tray. In a deeply collaborative and compassionate manner, Candace helps clients challenge unhelpful patterns, clarify values, and reframe their story, all to foster awareness and build on their innate resilience.
