Introduction

Choosing to start therapy takes a lot of grit, especially when you’re dealing with challenges that feel deeply isolating or exhausting. You might feel like you’ve been running on empty, stuck in patterns that are draining your energy, straining your relationships, and chipping away at your peace of mind. I’m glad you’re here, and you don’t have to keep managing this alone. My practice specializes in helping adults navigate two distinct but deeply impactful areas: insomnia and compulsive sexual behavior (including problematic pornography use). These challenges rarely exist in a vacuum. They hijack your focus, disrupt your daily life, and can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the people you care about. Insomnia: Sleep isn't a luxury; it’s the foundation of life. I work with people who are physically and mentally depleted by chronic sleep disruptions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), we will work to correct the underlying mechanics of your sleep so you can finally get predictable, restorative rest. Compulsive Sexual Behavior & Pornography Use: I work with individuals caught in cycles that feel impossible to break on their own. These patterns are often fueled by secrecy and shame, frequently resulting in relationship strain and a profound sense of isolation. In this room, there is no judgment. We look to understand the function the behavior serves while building practical strategies that support greater freedom, stronger connection in relationships, and lasting control over your choices. My Approach Therapy with me is an active, collaborative partnership. I bring an evidence-based, behavioral framework to our sessions, meaning we don't just talk about the problems, we focus on the patterns, triggers, and practical tools that hold up in real life. This is a space where you can drop the filter, speak honestly, and show up exactly as you are. Credentials I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and have spent my career working with adults navigating complex, often deeply personal behavioral health concerns. I hold advanced, specialized certification training in both the treatment of problematic sexual behavior (PSB) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). My goal is to provide you with the insight, strategies, and autonomy you need to move forward confidently long after our work together is done. Licensure, Fee, & Next Steps I provide clinical therapy to clients located in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Utah, where I hold active licensure. Out-of-state residents: Because my specialties are highly specific, I frequently work with individuals across the country. If you are located outside of my licensure states, please reach out via the request form to learn more about coaching and consultation services. Fee for Service: Sessions are $150.00 per session. I operate on a self-pay basis and do not accept insurance. If you are ready to take the next step, please fill out the secure request form to request an appointment.
