I work with children, teens and adults navigating some of the heaviest moments life brings: Loss—of a person, a relationship, a sense of self, or a former life Overwhelm—the weight of carrying something too heavy for too long Disconnection—from yourself, others or a sense of meaning and stability My role is not to rush you through it. It is to walk alongside you while you reconnect with what you already carry: your values, your resilience, your own sense of what’s next. With over 30 years under my belt as a social worker, I bring experience only time and practice can build. My work is rooted in art, nature-based therapy, and the expressive power of play—I hold certification in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am currently completing my certification in Play Therapy. Together, these approaches go beyond words to reach the parts that words sometimes can’t. The result is healing that feels natural, not clinical. My practice is collaborative, strength-based and LGBTQIA affirming—built on the conviction that healing is possible for everyone.
