I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, breathe, and look beneath the surface. At Mindful Roots Therapy, I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, substance use, relationship conflict, or life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected—from themselves or the people they love. As an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC), I offer a calm, mindful space where we can gently explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and strengthen coping skills. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, insight, and practical strategies that help you move from surviving to feeling steady and grounded. Whether you’re navigating teen behavioral concerns, substance-related issues, or relationship strain, we will focus on building clarity, connection, and healthier ways to respond to stress. Healing doesn’t have to feel rushed or overwhelming—it can feel steady, intentional, and rooted. I currently offer individual therapy for teens and adults, as well as couples counseling. Sessions are self-pay.
