Introduction

I'm Candice. I offer integrative care for individuals and couples impacted by complex medical conditions, complex trauma, or chronic pain. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Whether you’re experiencing the isolation of a prolonged arduous health journey, you’re working to figure out life with a new medical diagnosis, you're enduring the stress of family planning obstacles, or you’re living with the complexity of a body that houses trauma, it would be an honor to walk with you. At the start of our work together, I meet you at the intersection of your history and your current lived experience, with compassionate curiosity and belief in your resilience. Together, we'll begin to utilize an individualized adaptation of trauma processing tools in my toolbox, including Brainspotting (rooted in similar theory to EMDR), Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy & IFS parts work. We'll work to process what is not you, and create more space for what is. Along the way, we'll repair your mind-body connection, craft a new and grounded baseline, recover your innate voice, differentiate anxiety from intuition, and develop a strong sense of discernment. I have extensive experience working with clients with medical trauma, as well as chronic illness including Lyme Disease, Long COVID, ME/CFS, MCAS, Dysautonomia, PCOS, PMDD and Endometriosis. If this sounds like you or has been an aspect the path you have walked, I speak your language. I aim for this to be a soft spot to land and a safe space for those who have been in prolonged dysregulation, or for those who have been disenfranchised by our current structures and systems. All facets of you, your identity and your history are embraced here. I'm queer affirming, neuro-affirming, medical trauma sensitive and I've honed additional skills in navigating attachment in expansive or open relationship structures. You can exhale; you are not only welcome here, you belong here.
