My name is Candice, and I am an independently licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving adults across Arizona, Alabama and Indiana. Since beginning my practice in 2012, I have been committed to helping clients deepen their self‑understanding, identify the roots of their challenges, and build the skills needed to create lasting, meaningful change. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship issues, grief, and major life transitions such as relocation, career shifts, or separation and divorce. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals exploring bicultural or multicultural identity, acculturation, and the complexities of navigating multiple cultural contexts. My clinical training includes a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities—including EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy—to ensure treatment is responsive, effective, and personalized. I believe therapy is most powerful when it increases insight, strengthens connection, and supports clients in living with greater clarity and satisfaction. I look forward to partnering with you on that journey.
