I believe that every stage of life presents unique, new challenges and transitions that can be difficult for each of us to navigate alone. Whether you are a teen, a new parent, someone navigating a new medical diagnosis, someone uncovering new aspects of their identity, or simply someone struggling to adjust to the constant changes and demands of everyday life, I am committed to helping you grapple with those challenges with compassion. Throughout my clinical experience, I have gained experience working through a trauma-informed lens, as well as a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Relational Therapy, psychoanalytic approaches, IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy), and more. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where clients can express which approach might best suit their needs and adjust accordingly. A client’s preferences and needs may also change over time, and therapy can and should adapt to those changing needs. In the course of our work together, my hope is that you will feel seen and heard, and walk out of the therapeutic space feeling better equipped to meet life’s challenges - with self-compassion and resilience.
