Introduction

Welcome to Healing Well Counseling Services, PLLC. I’m Candra Edwards, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, founder, and Clinical Director. Growing up in rural Sampson County, North Carolina, helped shape my appreciation for family, community, and access to care. I earned my master’s degree in social work from East Carolina University and have spent approximately 17 years working in mental health. I founded Healing Well to create a welcoming space where people can feel heard, supported, and comfortable asking for help. Our approach considers the whole person—their experiences, relationships, culture, strengths, and goals. Our team supports children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and unexpected life changes. We also offer support for mothers experiencing pregnancy and postpartum challenges. Healing Well provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy through in-person and virtual appointments. In my role as Clinical Director, I guide our clinical team and support the quality of care provided throughout the practice. Our wellness coordinators can help you connect with a clinician whose experience and availability fit your needs. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll help you take the next step. Dig deep. Heal well.
