As of March 2026, current openings beginning April 2026. * Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m. (in person Ballard) * Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. (telehealth) - INSURANCE & FEES INFORMATION I do not accept insurance and am private pay only. I can offer you a Superbill if you have out-of-network insurance benefits. I offer online therapy for California & Washington State residents. I also offer in person sessions in North Seattle (Ballard) on Mondays & Tuesdays. I provide therapy for adults and couples/dyads. I specialize in: childhood trauma and emotional neglect, intergenerational trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, couples/dyad therapy. - REFERRALS I’m unable to provide referrals to other therapists outside of WA & CA as I do not live in these states and have no relationship to them.
