Introduction

"I am passionate about this work as I believe everyone deserves a space to slow down and show up exactly as they are—without feeling rushed to “fix” or minimize themselves. I work with all ages, couples, and families. While being especially drawn to working with those living with chronic illness, disability, fatigue, as well as caregivers navigating burnout and compassion fatigue. I value therapy as a collaborative, transparent process rooted in authenticity, emotional safety, and unconditional positive regard, where healing can unfold one day at a time." - Cara B. *Firefly Serenity Counseling, LLC is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. A limited sliding-scale fee may be available for eligible clients based on financial need and availability.
