Caren Kangas brings curiosity, compassion and kindness into the space while focusing on helping clients create and execute a plan for meaningful behavior change. Caren can assist clients in identifying obstacles that may be preventing them from taking the steps toward a rich and meaningful life. Caren has over 20 years combined experience working in the school system as a certified educator and as an ADHD and Executive Function Coach. Caren specializes in supporting adolescents and adults, providing parent support, and working with neurodivergent individuals as well as those in relationships with neurodivergent partners. Through the use of behavioral principles, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and supportive accountability, individuals are met where they are with an individualized and compassionate approach to build skills and create lasting behavior change.
