Introduction

I help people heal trauma, codependency, and relationship patterns to create emotional freedom. I work with individuals, couples, and groups on attachment wounds, childhood and adult trauma, grief, relationship dynamics, triggers, communication, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, betrayal, codependency, sex and love addiction, avoidance, and substance use. With experience and advanced training, I help clients learn new ways of being, thinking, and feeling. My approach is to build a therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and understood with loving, intuitive care. I guide clients in emotional release work, reconnecting them with their inner wisdom or inner child. Some of my clients are familiar with the 12-step path and appreciate integrating that wisdom into the therapeutic process. I work under the supervision of Robyn Harrison-Taft, LPC, as I complete my post-graduate licensure hours as a Provisionally Licensed Counselor. If you’re feeling called to heal, to process grief, or to untangle long-held patterns, I’m here to be a calm, grounded guide. You don’t have to worry about the how—you just have to be curious and trust the process.
