If you’re navigating life after trauma—whether it’s the result of big events or the slow burn of microtraumas—you don’t have to do it alone. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to heal from the emotional residue of childhood and adult trauma, including patterns of codependency, love addiction, avoidance, substance use, or compulsive behaviors that often develop as coping strategies. I offer depth-oriented therapy for lasting healing. I support clients in identifying and shifting long-held beliefs, helping them move out of fear- and shame-based patterns and into greater emotional freedom. I offer a space where you can safely release stored emotions, reconnect with your inner world, and begin the journey toward wholeness—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, sexually, and physically. Many of my clients are familiar with the 12-step path or are looking for a counselor who can weave that wisdom into the therapeutic process. I work under the supervision of Robyn Harrison-Taft, LPC, as I complete my post-graduate licensure hours as a Provisionally Licensed Counselor. If you’re feeling called to heal, to process grief, or to untangle long-held patterns, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to fix yourself—you just have to show up.
