Maybe life looks manageable from the outside, but behind the scenes you’re mentally exhausted, overthinking everything, struggling to get started, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up. You may not need someone to tell you to “just think positively.” You may need a place where you can be honest about what’s actually going on. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and South Carolina and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, working with adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationship struggles, motivation difficulties, body image concerns, major life shifts, and coping habits that may provide short-term relief but create bigger problems later. My style is conversational, straightforward, and human. I take an active role in our conversations, offering thoughtful feedback, fresh perspectives, and practical ideas while making plenty of room for you to be yourself. We’ll get curious about why your brain does what it does, untangle patterns that keep pulling you back into the same places, and figure out what is genuinely useful for you—not what sounds good in a self-help book. There’s room here for messy thoughts, humor, frustration, uncertainty, and the things you normally edit before saying out loud. We’ll work on understanding yourself without turning every struggle into something that needs to be “fixed.” The goal isn’t to create a brand-new version of you. It’s to help you spend less energy fighting yourself, make choices with more intention, and build a life that feels more like your own.
