I have experienced life as a Registered Nurse, military spouse, military mom, and first responder, while helping others with life transitions, challenges, and circumstances. I have an interest in First Responders, Healthcare Personnel, Neurodivergence, Military Families, and how the brain works inside the body and within relationships.
