It’s possible to appear successful on the outside while silently struggling with anxiety, trauma, or the lingering effects of abuse from childhood and/or past intimate relationships. I work with adults and teens to navigate life transitions, heal from abuse, and find a way forward that isn’t ruled by fear. I provide a safe space to explore your story, heal old wounds, and build safety in your relationships—starting with the relationship you have with yourself.
