Introduction

Welcome! My name is Carissa (she, her, hers). I have had the great honor of working with children, families, and individuals of all backgrounds in various capacities throughout my career. I enjoy working with people of all ages, as I have had roles supporting people from birth to those who are grandparents. Additionally, I have worked supporting people who experience mental health concerns, are involved in social and criminal systems, and those who are experiencing relationship conflicts. I am interested in working with any person who is ready to make positive changes in their life. I have developed strong skills in supporting individuals facing multiple sources of stress. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and empowering individuals to take the lead in their mental health journey. My role is to support you in managing stress, building healthy relationships, and creating meaningful change in your life. During our time together, you can always expect a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment. You will feel confident knowing that I bring both experience and dedication to helping you on your journey. I will encourage you to share your story, explore your hopes for the future, and work alongside you in identifying and achieving your goals.
