Hi, I'm Dr. Carissa Gustafson, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion. I believe healing happens when we learn to relate to difficult thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility and kindness while taking meaningful action aligned with our values. In addition to my clinical work, I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and have specialized training in reproductive grief and loss. I am passionate about supporting women through some of life's most challenging and transformative experiences, helping them move from merely surviving to reconnecting with themselves and creating lives that feel rich, meaningful, and authentic. Whether you are adjusting to new motherhood, coping with infertility or loss, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, you do not have to navigate it alone. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.
