The people I work with come to therapy with mental health symptoms that are interfering with their ability to fully live and enjoy their lives. Living life as a human spurs mental health challenges of all sorts. Chronic anxiety, depression, problematic reactions to trauma, self-criticism, issues with substances/food, issues in relationships, and a host of other common mental health related challenges indicate a need for help. No matter what these challenges are rooted in, a life centered in solid mental health is possible. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist I will guide you in a journey into your inner world. With curiosity, we will get to know the parts of you that need your understanding and your compassion. With permission from all your parts, we will heal the parts of you that are vulnerable or in pain. This work gives rise to lasting changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
