I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy with specialities in grief, perinatal mental health and loss, women's health, perimenopause and menopause, and trauma. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the single most important component of therapy. I aim to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space for folks to explore their concerns. I utilize trauma informed care targeting the mental, emotional, and somatic components of people's experiences. My hope is that you will experience relief from your symptoms, improved well-being, and decreased distress. Common therapeutic interventions are behavioral, somatic, narrative, and EMDR.
