I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy for general mental health concerns such as depression, life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationships, and loss, with specialities in grief, perinatal mental health and loss, women's health, perimenopause and menopause, and trauma. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the single most important component of therapy. I aim to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space for folks to explore their concerns. I utilize trauma informed care targeting the mental, emotional, and somatic components of people's experiences. My hope is that you will experience relief from your symptoms, improved well-being, and decreased distress. Common therapeutic interventions are behavioral, somatic, narrative, and EMDR.
