Carla is a licensed marriage and family therapist (IMFT) with years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. She is dedicated to fostering a safe and collaborative environment that allows her to connect with each client on an individual level and address their unique counseling needs. With a trauma-informed approach and training in EMDR, Carla is committed to creating a supportive space where clients can work towards their goals and achieve overall life improvements. As an IMFT, Carla specializes in relationships and relationship counseling. She is also trained in Gottman’s Levels 1 & 2 and takes a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to client needs. She incorporates relational therapy, somatic work, and evidence-based practices to meet clients where they are and empower them to reach their goals. She works with individuals, couples, and families to gain essential skills, strengthen their relationships, heal from attachment injuries, reprocess trauma, and find overall relational and life satisfaction. In her free time, Carla enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, Rudy. Carla also enjoys reading, listening to music, yoga, hiking, cooking, video games and traveling.
